a space for

play

Scene expects safe and consensual interactions.

Scene is for experienced kinksters and aims to create an atmosphere that organically instigates scenes and welcomes harder play. We invite you to be creative, to be free, but be mindful of what you are doing in front of others and be gracious of what is going on around you. Scene is peer monitored meaning there are no official monitors.

You must

  • Have ongoing, informed, enthusiastic consent from all parties in a scene.

  • Monitor your peers.

  • Keep the playspace sanitised and leave it how you would like to find it.

  • Completely cover up to go outside the venue and keep outside noise to a minimum.

  • Dress in what makes you feel sexy. However we ask you to go for the avant garde; the edgy, the bold, the courageous, with a nod to fetish fashion. Please support local independent designers. You do not have to spend a fortune, we ask for effort and most of all that you be expressive and creative. Please avoid fancy dress, cosplay, sequins, ‘festival’ wear, office wear and steampunk style.

  • Not interrupt a scene, no matter how well you know someone.

  • Not be overly intoxicated.

  • Not take photos. Selfies in the bathroom are ok, tag us @sceneldn.

  • Not bring current clients to events or workshops if you are a sex worker.

  • Speak to the organisers Jane or Gal if you have any issues, and to Lola if you have any issues with Jane or Gal.

BTS- A Scene social

  • Members, their trusted plus ones and potential members are warmly invited to BTS. Members must inform the organisers as to who their guest is and state their name beside member’s name when purchasing a ticket. They must fit the Scene criteria.

  • Unsuccessful applicants to Scene may NOT attend any BTS social events or workshops.

  • You are responsible for your plus one. Any bad behaviour from them may result in your membership being revoked.
