Scene is a small, curated, play focussed event at which complex psychological and physical dynamics are explored and boundaries are pushed, as such we do everything we can to ensure that the humans attending Scene are safe.
Scene is a space for experienced sex industry professionals, thought and brand leaders, kinky makers, creators and innovators who are engaged with their local scene.
New attendees must be vetted. If you feel the above applies to you and you’re interested in coming to Scene events:
We require you to ask at least TWO previous guests of Scene if they are willing to be referees for you: to enthusiastically vouch that you are a sound individual in both a social and kink/BDSM play environment. They must be well known to you, have experienced play with you or witnessed you play. Scene members who have not yet attended our events cannot be a referee.
Play does not equate to genital contact and PIV sex. It can mean a wide array of BDSM or kink activity that does not have to be explicitly sexual. It can mean sex but it does not have to. If you understand the word play to solely mean penetrative sex, Scene is not the event for you.
